Bridal Open House - Tuscan Courtyard

January 23, 2018

Carlos and I went to Tuscan Courtyard Open House in Texas City, about 1.25 hours away from where we stay. It's safe to say that we didn't choose the venue as it was affordable for a Wedding, it just wasn't within our budget. Nonetheless, the ceremony area was beautiful with a view of a lake in the background with trees surrounding the land. However since Carlos and I plan on a February date, we didn't like the dead grass. Of course it could've been the crazy icy weather Houston had but we didn't want to risk it for next year.

Tuscan Courtyard provides you a Wedding Coordinator, Wedding cake, DJ, Linens and Catering. You still had to book your Photographer, Cinematographer, Officiant, Decor and Florist. I admit, I'm having a hard time choosing a Photographer and if I'm stressing a bit about that, I can just imagine doing an entire DIY Wedding! Which I am! Tuscan Courtyard helps out on a majority of the stress, all you just have to do is choose between the options they provide you. Easy. But knowing me, I don't want to be limited on what I can do. I mean you do get married once...well for some people- lol.

I do recommend getting married here in the Spring-Fall. The landscape is absolutely gorgeous and the greenery in the background is breath taking at the altar. Seriously check this place out or let your Bride to Be know that this place is a looker! Oh and the Bridal Suite? TO DIE FOR.

Carlos and I pretty much have our venue picked out already so we're not really stressing on a place but it doesn't hurt to still shop around. You never want to choose a venue right away unless you KNOW it's the perfect place to start your journey. Carlos and I felt this way when we visited the venue we've chosen. We haven't placed a deposit yet but after visiting the TC's Open House, we knew the venue we loved was THE ONE for us. So thank you Tuscan for making the decision for us.
