Double Layer Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

My Fiancé loves sweets, he just cannot say no to them. As for me, I'm a huge cheesecake fan.
The thing with cheesecakes is that you can make it into any flavor! Chocolate chips? Pecans? Strawberries? Whatever your fave is, I'm sure there's a way you can incorporate it!
I found this single layer recipe from @stephgmacedo IG stories when her mom made if for Thanksgiving. Of course I had to try it...only I made it into a double layer.

INGREDIENTS

"CRUST"
  • 32oz Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Nestle Toll House tub)
  • Non stick butter spray
FILLING
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 16oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Turn oven on to 350F
  2. Mix all filling ingredients together in a bowl until smooth consistency
  3. You will need 2 pans: Spray non stick butter around pan (this avoids cookie dough from sticking)
  4. Layer cookie dough onto each pan (not edges)
  5. Pour half of mixture to each pan on top of layered cookie dough, smoothing mixture throughout
  6. Put in oven for 30-35 minutes
  7. Let cool for 20 minutes and layer cheesecakes then chill for couple of hours
  8. Serve and enjoy!
